Shipping
Orders placed for in-stock items are usually shipped within 1 business day from acceptance of order. Any shipping time frames exclude weekends or holidays. Holidays we do not ship: New Year's Day - Memorial Day - Independence Day - Labor Day - Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Day. Any changes to this will be announced on our Facebook page, email or on the website.

Please note, expedited shipping is not available. If you specifically need UPS Next Day or UPS Second Day shipping, we suggest you reach out to one of our dog show distributors.

Standard orders are shipped via UPS or USPS at the discretion of our warehouse. If you have any shipping limitations, please indicate at checkout in the special instructions box, what delivery restrictions may be required. Also include a daytime phone number and email address.

Free Shipping may be offered from time to time on certain products or on orders exceeding a certain dollar value. We reserve the right to change these free shipping offers at any time. Free shipping generally will be limited to the contiguous US (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), Free Shipping may exclude orders with aerosols and orders over 50 pounds. We reserve the right to make all determinations impacting any Free Shipping offer.

ONE STRAY HAIR is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages due to a package being left at the door, or if there were any typos entered in the shipping address at the time of placing the order.

Our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please contact the carrier directly to investigate if your order has been delivered to your address on account, but you have not received it. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your address on account.

DAMAGED PACKAGES: If you package appears damaged at the time of delivery you have the right to refuse it. If a package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and retain the original shipping carton(s) as examination by a carrier inspector may be necessary and/or pictures will be required.

BACKORDERS: We make every effort to ensure that all merchandise advertised is available. However, from time to time some items may be temporarily out of stock. We will accept back-orders on any item and let you know when it becomes available.

Many, but not all, of the beautiful dogs featured on this site, were photographed by the amazing and talented Gay Glazbrook of Texas (https://www.facebook.com/gglazbrook). In full transparency, these dogs were not conditioned using One Stray Hair products. We're too new! These dogs are outstanding representatives of the various types of coats referenced throughout our product line. We are thankful that Gay, and the owners of the amazing canines, have allowed us to use their images.
